CJC-1295 gib is a 30 amino synthesized GHRH (anabolic hormones releasing hormone) analog. Its been demonstrated to be highly efficient in increasing thyroid hormone production and IGF-1 without negatively influencing GH secretion pulsatility.
Because of its increased specificity as a GHRH, CJC-1295 gib frequently coupled with Ipamorelin. This peptide stimulates growth hormone production similarly to other peptides in its family, but without the hunger stimulation and rise in cortisone, cholinergic, dopamine, and adrenaline reported with other peptides in its family. The hypothalamus produces GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone). Its pulsatile release from the hypothalamus causes the pituitary gland to produce GH pulsatility.
